More snatches from Friday ? As the weights were getting heavier i was getting more and more of the spring on the catch which i NEVER do on heavy snatch - i usually like to wait in the hole and make sure i have balance first... but the pull was so accurate this day it was happening naturally... I feel faster than ever (insert appreciation for @camargo_oly here). Now i need to expect the spring and not let my heels pop up. My natural instinct is to push through my toes as my former sport (gymnastics) was a lot revolving around rebounding through the ball of the foot to engage quads. Always learning and trying to become better than the day before- that is why i love this sport.
