This week’s #recipe is great for #autumn and with #halloween this weekend it’s a great way to use seasonal squash. Combining roasted squash, ras el hanout, chickpeas and tahini, this squash houmous is perfect served with pitta and makes a lovely dip to accompany drinks or, with a salad makes a nice light lunch.
