Fredrik Färg created the first prototype of Rock Chair while still a student. The assignment was to create a chair using only a jigsaw and MDF board. When the chair has been assembled, the construction is its expressive feature. Nothing is hidden and one can see how the chair holds together. Rock Chair is like a 3D jigsaw puzzle that one can sit on, as beautiful as it is cleverly functional.
