I first learnt of @purpleparadesg in 2013 when Denise Phua ambushed me with a purple frame in Parliament. :) The movement is the largest in Singapore that supports the inclusion of persons with special needs and celebrates their abilities.

The third Purple Parade was held yesterday. I was happy to see the enthusiastic response. We set a new record in Singapore’s Book of Records for “The Largest Gathering of People with Spectacles” today!
