Lola...our twenty-seven year old rescued King Vulture cleaning herself after lunch? For our new followers, Lola lost all but one toe to frostbite during a Tennessee freeze over fifteen years ago. She came to us with healed...but always chewed off her flight feathers because she couldn't fly. Now does she not only fly all over her 72 foot enclosure, she perches and lands perfectly wherever she flies to. If you didn't know or look closely, you wouldn't even know she's missing her talons❤️?
