This email I got yesterday with the chart positions for @5 Seconds of Summer #soundsgoodfeelsgood for 14 countries. Maybe it's a bit overkill Instagraming all these number one record pics. I just want to put it all in perspective. Four years ago someone in the industry suggested to me I should change my name because rock music is dead. Guitars are over. They said "No one wants to hear live instruments anymore" Like I should be called DJ Felchman or something cuz EDM and dubstep are the future. They said my career producing 'rock' was over. This is my sixth number one album in the last 20 months. Be true to yourself. Follow your dreams and don't give into the fear. Fuck the haters. I love my life. Long live rock. ???????????
