So today might have not gone my way (I went 77/92 only making my openers which are very easy lifts for me) or reflected my recent training but some cool stuff worthy of recognizing.... ⭐️ my Dad (that i haven't seen in i don't know how long) drove over from Pensacola and got to see me lift for the first time...something I won't forget. When you are upset with yourself & are a long time Daddy's girl- the hug & pep talk after may have saved the day. ⭐️ i have found my home gym & my coach for long term. I am comforted that I have found the program that i fit in to perfectly. ⭐️ I have gotten to meet a lot of new people. Some to mention being @taytay_massage to help me feel loose & ready for the meet, @primordialcrossfit counting my attempts, and @samxhuston who is a really fun training buddy. ⭐️ and...
