SENIOR SUNDAY! @susiesseniordogs has a success story to share today! Our favorite kind of story!

For eight months Victor sat overlooked at @humanesocietyNEGA animal shelter. He is a fantastic family dog but nobody seemed to want this 6 year old boy for the reason that he has a few years on him. But then one day everything changed. Today, Victor was ADOPTED! Victor has finally found love again. And we're certain this big family will all live happily-ever-after. :) Caroline wrote, "Victor is home! I picked him up this afternoon, and he's so far the best dog I've ever owned. I have no idea why he was sitting in the shelter so long; he has the best disposition of any dog I've ever seen. The only answer is that he was waiting for us.
My great grandfather was named Victor Newman Limehouse. He passed away on my birthday when I was 10, and he was one of my heroes. As soon as I read about Victor, I knew he was the dog for us. We lost our 17 year-old coyote/shepherd mix 3 years ago, and I just hadn't even considered getting a dog again until I saw Victor.
My three kids (aged 8, 2, and 6 months) and I live on 2.5 acres in the mountains of North Georgia. Victor isn't sure what to make of the cows and horses around, but he's happily curious. He's got almost all 2.5 acres to run around; hopefully this is a well-deserved paradise for him. He's the perfect addition to our life and I'm so honored to be his person. Warmest regards, Caroline"
