Heavy duty vertebrates!
I photographed this galapagos giant tortoise, in mid-yawn, during a mudbath on Santa Cruz Island, Galapagos, Ecuador.

Giant tortoises are the longest-lived of all vertebrates, averaging over 100 years. The oldest on record lived to be a staggering 152.
