Over the weekend I went back to Africa. We were welcomed as always with so much love. The show was incredible! In this mainly Portuguese speaking country, people of all ages sang my lyrics of ten years back to me. We celebrated 40 years of independence in Benguela, Angola. I left Thursday morning, and arrived back in NY Monday afternoon. I spent 45 hours on planes 1hr and 30 mins on stage and this was my favorite moment. I'll never forget how happy I felt to see them so happy to see me. Even now my face is lit up as I write this. LOVE
