Posts like this confirm I'm doing the right thing. I never thought I'll get so much fulfillment from teaching but it has seriously changed my life. Nothing makes me happier than to see people correct their own flaws and becoming a better version of themselves! My students are prepared for anything. Their skin is so tough that no one can break them down. You can try but I yelled and screamed every name in the book and it hasn't stopped them from coming back. They know the difference between real teachers and demonstrators! Only the strong survive with me...it's like Dance Therapy. It's not about having the most packed class, I didn't get into this to out do anyone else. I started (Femmology) heels training because I realized no one was teaching it yet in every job women would be forced to do everything in a heel. Every time I saw something on TV I couldn't watch without cringing. I used to get annoyed when working, actually I still get annoyed....It's not fun when you're one of the only good ones....I like an exchange. My first best exchange on a stage with another hot bitch was @iamaishafrancis and it changed my life forever. Every women should be inspired by the women you're dancing next to, instead women compete with one another, just clueless on how to get themselves better. I stopped being inspired by my fellow dancer a long time ago. I'm not saying I won't dance again, I'm just at another stage of my life and my purpose I believe is to help others that WANT to be helped. It honestly makes me happy...it's not easy and I definitely have had to grow some patience to not spoon out my eyes. I was sick of complaining so I had to actually do something to help. I'm just happy I didn't give up because there was so much good that have come out of teaching my students. Again I'm so thankful to all of my students who are committed. I'm definitely not the only one and want my students to never limit themselves to learning from only me. They listen to me and go to every class and style whether it's Salsa, African, Hip Hop, House, Zouk etc. and they excel. I'm so proud of you all and thankful that you've all stuck by me throughout the years. ThankU #LoveMyStudents
