I am so proud of this woman right here. She has been through so much. From fighting through her pain just to cheer me on when I was performing, to going to more doctor visits than I can count, to having her heart break not knowing if she would ever see the day she could stand up straight, to THIS - a strong, bold, courageous, gorgeous, HEALTHIER woman WHO CAN NOW STAND TALL! After agonizing for years as a family, it brings more joy to my heart than I can say to see her like this. Wow. It is still a struggle every day fighting through new pain and getting used to her new body, but it is OVERWHELMING and INDESCRIBABLE to see how far she's come. Thank you so much to every person who has helped her. Our family is more grateful than imaginable. One thing my mom is - a fighter. And she has taught me how to be the same. Life will bring you crazy situations that you cannot control or understand, people will hurt you and will not care, hills and valleys will come your way, but if you fight through and know that you are self-caring enough and love yourself enough to persevere through WHATEVER life brings - GO YOU! Her words are "always look ahead and be the best person you can be". Thanks for teaching me that, Mom. You are a living example of that every single day. Keep up the hard work and spirit. I love you so much and thank Jesus every night for you and what He's done ❤️
