We swim, we eat, we sleep. That is not all we do. We like to live outside of the water and the weight room is one of those places I find an escape, it's a place that I can be in my own world. I love feeling powerful and independent and I feel that way in the weight room, but it also humbles me while showing me how much progress I've made and how much more I can improve. There's always room for improvement! And I love being a strong woman. I'm proud of the muscle I build through hard work and I feel every girl should love their hard earned muscle? whether it be through athletics, the weight room, or everyday exercise that life throws at us. I'm so thankful for my new strength training coach @tannaburge whose continued to humble me and teach me new exciting exercises that challenge me every week, including boxing!
