Special thanks to the staff at the Al Qasr Hotel in Dubai for taking such good care of my family and I. The staff went above and beyond standard service to make us feel welcome there. I really appreciate it when people strive to do their jobs on a very high level! Here are just two examples of their service: they delivered me a special birthday cake (I’m not even sure how they knew it was my birthday!) and this “towel man” - which was one of the many things they made from towels and left in our room, for our kids. And the kids loved it! 10/10 would come back here. #alevelabove #hospitalitygamestrong #AlQuasr
