Wishing all my friends in America a blessed Thanksgiving?❤️ ✨I know that holidays can be difficult for some to cope with, especially considering the role can food take in social gatherings. I know that for me, every bite was once a moral quibble, where nourishing my body had to be justified one way or another.

But there is simply no pleasure in a mindset based on dichotomous conditions.

There IS, on the other hand, pleasure in stepping away from this mentality.? I have learned to embrace this world through gratitude and kinship, and I invite you all to do the same today. ?? Simply ENJOY your time with loved ones, because to them, your life as a whole is a blessing to be counted. For every pound you weigh, and all the space you take up- you are unconditionally loved.?
