Venomous beauty! Or/and invasive nightmare!

I always enjoy encountering the venomous lionfish. Especially in waters where they belong like here in Fiji! Please go to @mattiasklumofficial to see a much deadlier beauty, also photographed in Fiji waters! I think lionfish are simply lovely to film and photograph. Just so elegant! However, they aren't that popular everywhere. In fact they are considered a pest that has created ecological imbalance especially off America’s east coast. This highly venomous hunter, is normally found in the Pacific and Indian Oceans, and is perhaps the most well known non-native fish to establish itself in the Atlantic, where it has been successfully eating its way through other species, faster than it can breed.
