#IGTAKEOVER Hello! My name is Trisha from @goeatyourbeets & I'm so excited to be taking over the @Simple Green Smoothies Instagram feed today! I'm a food blogger, food photographer & mom of 4 with a passion for gluten free, real food. I love making food look beautiful as well which is why you'll see lots of pretty things to eat on my feed.
Thanks to real food, I've been able to work through several digestive issues with my kids including our youngest child, who also suffered from terrible eczema until we found the right diet for him. Because I've seen the healing power of food, we love sharing our story of what works best for our family & while I believe that preparing real food meals for your family does take some time, it shouldn't take all your time!
