Our auction of Israeli & International Art this Thursday spans decades of art, including this contemporary work “Room #8” by Israeli artist Ilit Azoulay. Azoulay created the work in 2011 by composing photographed objects collected from buildings marked for demolition in south Tel Aviv into a digital collage. Another version of “Room #8” is in the collection of the @centrepompidou, and a more recent work can currently be seen @ニューヨーク近代美術館’s exhibition “Ocean of Images: New Photography 2015.” #IlitAzoulay
