I think instead of wearing layers and layers of clothes, you should choose the right type of clothes before you buy them.

My tips for choosing your winter clothes:

Wool is your bestfriend
Look at your clothes description because look could be deceiving, never get fooled by the chunky oversized sweater that looks super warm but made out of polyester fiber instead of wool. If your coats have 80-100% wool in it's description, you'll survive winter with just two layers of clothes believe me.

Target your weakest body parts:
Some people could wear mini skirts and stocking durng winter time, some could wear an off shoulder top and still survive. All you need to do is ask yourself, which body parts are your weakest points. Maybe you need to wear gloves and you're good to go?! 3.Stay Active
