At the Mercedes-Benz plant Sindelfingen starts the production of the S-Class Cabriolet: Michael Bauer (2nd from right), Site Manager plant Sindelfingen, employee representative Ergun Lümali and the team in Hall 32 during the first job of the new S-Class Cabriolet. The sixth variant of the S-Class family celebrated its world premiere at this year’s #IAA and is the first open-top luxury four-seater from Mercedes-Benz since 1971. It offers a distinctive, sensual and exclusive design, the cutting-edge technology of the S-Class and a comprehensive warmth and wind protection concept which includes intelligent climate control for convertibles.
