#JanisJoplin made her solo concert debut on this date in #1968 (She previously performed as part of #BigBrother). In an interview that year, she said, “When you feel that much, you have super horrible downs. I was always victim to myself. Now though, I've made feeling work for me. Maybe I won't last as long as other singers, but I think you can destroy your now by worrying about tomorrow.
