Stand tall in the face of adversity ?? If I've learned anything from my journey & transition from nursing into the fitness industry is that there will always be haters, those that doubt you, those that make fun of you, critique, scrutinize, tear down or simply belittle you... To me those are the weakest of all kinds of people, masking their own insecurities or projecting their own unhappiness. They expect constant perfection out of others, else we fall short of their ideals – well I'm here for progress not perfection and I live by those words. I'm not here to be perfect, because I'm not and I don't expect anyone else to be. I just want to be a better version of myself and to help empower, motivate and inspire anyone else that's looking to do the same thing. We should always strive to support others on their journey vs throw hurdles and speed bumps along their path ?
