#Heartbreak No indictments handed down in the shooting death of 12 year old Tamir Rice. The young child was playing with a TOY GUN by himself outside in 2014 when police were called to the scene and without any questions asked they shot the child within 2 seconds of pulling up to the RECREATION CENTER where kids are SUPPOSED to play. Not only am I praying for the family of young Tamir but also for the city of Cleveland as well as for all the young black men and teenagers out here in America that for some reason far too many people are so quick to pass judgment On and deem them "threats" And menaces. This should have never happened. RIP young man.... What a beautiful child he was. #TamirRice ???
