Once upon a time there was this crazy fella that used to roam around the streets of Greece completely naked just holding a lamp. Day and night the lamp would be lit, and in those times of course that people were super shocked about this. As time went by, Diogenes started to gain notoriety, day and night walking with a lamp. Naked. After years, someone finally asked him about why during the day time his lamp was lit, that they could understand it being lit at night time, but during the day time, that was crazy. You know what his answer was? That he was looking for a real human, and that when he or she presented him/herself, he wanted to be prepared to have enough light to recognise that human. Sometimes, like tonight, I think of those people which Existence was generous enough to fulfil all their dreams and fantasies without them even realizing it, and then ran away because their egos did not let them accept Truth and Love, and later they settled for mediocrity someplace else. It is funny how humans behave sometimes, they spend all their lives looking for something, and when they finally find it, they choke. Hopefully Diogenes may remind you about the quest for a real Human, and perhaps, perhaps, you'll be able to control your fear and find that real Human within you.
I'll go back to my Lions now. They are Orphans in the middle of Mexico being raised by a totally different species but still they have the courage to look at people in the eyes.
