Separating the green berries from the ripe ones, coffee workers here in Nicaragua at the Café Las Flores coffee plantation work by hand to ensure that only the best beans make it into their coffee.
The plantation is the only certified organic farm on the Mombacho Volcano Reserve and sends its final roasted product across to the United States and Europe for sale. I think I bought about 8 or 9 bags to bring home. ?☕️?
