VERSATILE SKILLET HASH WITH EGGS

Here is another beautiful breakfast dish from Natasha @thefeistykitchen featuring my #FlavorGod Pink Salt & Pepper! This looks absolutely amazing! Thank you so much Natasha!

Ingredients:
3 cups hearty greens, rough chopped (green chard)
2 cups starchy vegetable, diced (parsnips)
3-4 eggs, room temp
1-2 tbsp quality fat (ghee)
1 tsp FlavorGod Himalayan salt & pink peppercorn

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.

Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat, then add fat and starchy veggies.
Cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned and fork tender.

Add greens and FlavorGod and stir for about 1-2 minutes or until wilted.

Using back of spoon, create a little well and crack an egg into each one.
Transfer skillet to oven and cook for about 8 minutes or until egg whites are set.
Season eggs with more FlavorGod to taste and serve immediately.

Optional: you may also add some cooked protein such as bacon or sausage.
