This soup is perfect for cold winter night like tonight. It's base is bone broth and was seasoned with my Garlic Lovers and Pink Salt and Pepper.???

Butternut Squash Soup recipe.

1. Simply melt a big scoop of ghee butter in a large saucepan and add a diced yellow onion and 3 chopped garlic cloves, mixing until onions translucent.
2. Next add 3 cans butternut squash and 6 cups of beef bone broth made with @5280meat beef soup bones and stir gently. 3. Season with 2 tbs @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers seasoning, 2 tbs basil, 2 tbs oregano, 1 tbs Himalayan sea salt, and 2 tsp black pepper. Let simmer for about 15-30 minutes.
4. Let soup cool to room temperate and with a hand mixer or blender until smooth and creamy.
5. Either return back to heat and serve hot or let chill and serve cold with a scoop of homemade yogurt and parsley. Who knew soup could be so refreshing?!
