A mixed-use luxury resort, St James Point is set amongst beautiful tropical gardens on 1,000 feet of natural beach and will include a 200 room branded hotel and 93 residential units. The resort located in the district of Bodden Town, on Grand Cayman, will consist of a constellation of renowned brands and offer multiple exciting restaurants, innovative retail, a luxurious spa and a range of water sports activities.
Set to become a Caribbean icon and designed by internationally acclaimed TEN Arquitectos, St James Point will provide a unique experience with service levels unprecedented within the region. The resort is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2018.
