Not the best plating but she'll do. Tonight for #worsthusbandever I made Thai chili and lime salmon w/ basmati mushroom, green onion and duck fat rice, with a roasted Soy sauce leek to garnish. Also pictured: a way-too-huge- amuse bouche of spicy spinach and yellow pepper soup, topped with African paprika tossed Parmesan and home made garlic coriander croutons out of stale bread! Come over.
