This version of our Steel Cap Commando Boot has a special finish upper - the leather is printed with a repeat Union Flag design and then a black top coat is applied which is then removed by polishing in the final stages of production. Underground first developed this finish in the 1990's and applied that to the Steel Cap Boot range.
