Midmorning brunch.???
Egg whites scrambled w/a little mozzarella cheese, topped w/kale & cherry tomatoes(sauteed with a little nonstick spray and garlic powder-didn't want fresh garlic to overpower my dish)...a little aged white balsamic vinegar glaze drizzled on top and whole wheat toast. A fun breakfast spin on caprese!
