Time to reflect a little this Sunday morning. The sad epitaph from this weeks @NMEmagazine took us back to an earlier issue that we had just been reviewing for our 35 year anniversary. The older copy is coincidently dated Janaury 17th 1981 . The feature reviews David Bowie , The Best Of… an album actually released by K TEL. The review reads "as the most important musical catalyst of the last decade Bowie deserves a solid retrospective and this one does him proud ".
