Seared Tofu Tacos with "Cesar" Slaw. (Yes I know It's spelled wrong, I named MY dressing after my dog!!! ?)
#QINDrecipies
-Organic NON-GMO Tofu, firm or Extra Firm
-Cabbage and Purple Cabbage (grated)
-Radish (thinly sliced)
-Avocado
-Gluten Free Corn Tortillas

Dressing for Cabbages:
-Veganaise
-avacado
-olive oil -salt and pepper -lemon
-nutritional yeast
Throw a scoop of "mayo", a scoop of avacado, a few glugs of olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon and a small scoop of nutritional yeast into a blender. Even a few capers if you are a caper fan. I am! Keep tasting it till it resembles a Caesar dressing. It WILL! (You may have to add a little water)

Slice your tofu into strips that aren't too thick or too thin. Marinate them in some sesame oil, tamari and brown rice vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Give it at least half an hour. Seer in a pan until golden brown. Warm your tortillas on the stove and place your tofu with the cabbage and radish tossed in your dressing. Add some sliced avocado and your favorite hot sauce and tell me you aren't happy!!!! I dare you!!!! This is fast, not expensive and satisfying, I promise.
