My respect and view on big wave paddle surfing has gone hugely up; especially the surfing done at this last huge swell at Pe'ahi "Jaws." As I'm sure everyone's has! •
I paddled into Pe'ahi on the downfall of the swell before last and there was still some size. I caught about 5 waves and got crazy crazy pounded. Talk about thriving on adrenaline all day. It was sooo scary.
Huge Thanks to the Walsh brothers for coaching me and for the on point rescues!
