#WHPLocalLens asked community members to give an insider’s look into their communities through creative photos and videos, like this one by Olia Hercules (@oliahercules), a food writer and chef from London.
“In the deep depths of Dickensian-looking Bermondsey in South East London, some truly exceptional food things are happening, including some of the best bread in the world (yes, I mean it) made by this man,” says Olia of her friend Richard Snapes, whose artisan bread you can find at the Maltby Street Market. “I love seeing Richard happy after a long day making incredible bread. People who create with their hands inspire me.”
