Azuni London is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year! So for this weeks #throwbackthursday, it seems only right to travel back to where it all began - our beautiful beadwork!! The idea of travel inspired jewellery, blending global artistic influences with modern fashion trends, came to our creative director Ashley Marshall, on his adventures in South America where he came across indigenous artisans able to weave the most stunning pieces simply from a selection of beads and threads! Consequently, beadwork has become a staple of the Azuni brand, with new collections released every year in a #fairtrade cooperation with the exact same artisans uncovered all those years ago! This fantail necklace in a brand new '20th anniversary' red, turquoise and black colour way is from our upcoming 2016 DREAMCATCHER COLLECTION, which will arrive on our website in April, just in time for summer!
