This last week has been a huge mental battle for me and I'm SO happy that I'm overcoming my fears!!! ? I started climbing just a few months after my knee surgery and and then I started falling from really low heights about 3 months ago, but no dynos. Up till this last week I didn't Dyno since my injury, which is how i got hurt in the first place. Now it's been 7 months since the surgery and I started dynoing a few sessions ago. I have come so far with this part of my training in such a short period of time!
