Whether you're traveling for work or on holiday, here is a full-body workout that you can do anywhere with no equipment, courtesy of @equinox.

Begin lying on your back with your hands extended above you toward the ceiling. Bring your legs up to 90 degrees. Extend one leg and the opposite arm, until they are straight and just above the ground. Switch legs and arms to perform on the other side. Then, place your feet flat on the floor. Drive your weight down through your heels while lifting your hips towards the ceiling. Focus on squeezing your glutes at the top of the movement.
