Compound butters are easy to prepare and have multiple uses. You can drop a little scoop on grilled steaks, chicken, roasted meats, biscuits, or even this piece of cornbread??‼️

Ingredients:
1 stick grass-fed butter, room temp but not melted
1 tbsp #FlavorGod garlic
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp red onion, minced

In medium bowl, whip butter for 2-3 minutes using handheld beaters. You could also use stand mixer with whip attachment. Fold in the remaining ingredients until well combined. Spoon butter mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll into log, twist edges (like a tootsie roll), and chill in refrigerator for a few hours (or freezer 20-30 minutes) before serving. Slice and use on cornbread as shown, or on veggies, pasta, rice, etc!
