Here's my Kung Pao Beef with Cauliflower and Cashews.

I used New York Steak but rib eye or Sirloin works too.

You can use any flavor #flavorgod in recipe!

Ingredients:
?2 lbs. New York steak ( cubed 1 in pieces)
?1/4 cup - cashews
?1/2 cup - cauliflower florets
?1 tbsp. Dried red chilis
?1 tbsp. Cornstarch
?1 1/2 tbsp.- cooking oil
Sauce:
?2 tbsp. - balsamic vinegar
?2 tbsp. - Gochujang /or chili paste
?1 tbsp. -soy sauce/ or coconut amino
?1 tbsp. - #flavorgod spicy
?1 tbsp. - garlic ( minced
?1 tbsp. - scallions (diced
?1 tsp. - ginger (grated

Directions:
?Pre Heat medium size pan over medium heat and add 1/2tbsp. oil. Let it heat up than -Sautée cauliflower in a pan until golden in color. Add dried chilis and cashews and sear for 1 minute. Remove from pan and place in bowl.
?Cut steak into cubes and Lightly dust steak cubes in cornstarch.
? Heat medium size pan on medium high heat add 1tbsp. oil. Heat oil. Now add meat and cook on high for 3-4 minutes.
? With steak done add cauliflower mix and sauce. Sautée for 1 minute and serve.
