dead lifts 5x3 @ 120kg-140kg -KB swings X 50 -5 tyre tosses + 10 close grip push ups (as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes) -KB swings 50 -10 weighted squats + 10 dips (as many rounds possible in 5 minutes) -rower 20secs on 10secs off X 8 sets -Sled pushes 10 lengths
