Every year we do a Year’s Best issue at @TheSkateboardMag and we pretty much throw around ideas for things we felt were of the year’s best in skateboarding. Some of the categories are kind of funny, like in 2014 how we came up with Year’s Best Couple just because it sounded like a fun thing to do. Well, the only couple in skateboarding that we could think of was @dvargs and @noravexplora so they were the clear-cut winners. I had never really met either of them but they were keen to do the shoot and Daniel even brought me an “adult beverage” for my troubles.
