So this was me just about 8 months ago the very day I hurt my knee. In the hotel room hours after I found out I completely tore my ACL and just about completely tore my MCL. I was testing the leg to see if it was really all that bad. Haha Now, today, I just had a huge milestone in my recovery! I was able to run 2.5 miles at 7mph without stopping and minimal knee soreness after!!! ?
