The Grow Your Career at #Oracle was the first event co-hosted by both Oracle Women’s Leadership HQ community (#OWL), and Oracle Professional Asian Leadership (#OPAL). The event was held at Oracle HQ on Wednesday January 20, 2016 with over 70 attendees. The Eco-Faire also offered opportunities to explore a variety of services available at Oracle.

This event allowed members of OPAL and OWL to network and connect with teams at Oracle who are actively hiring. There were five panelists that each provided a brief introduction, shared their career growth at Oracle and provided insight on opportunities within their teams.
Jackie Griffin, a Customer Service Analyst, had only positive things to say about the event, "The Grow your Oracle Career event was eye opening and gave me a new perspective of Oracle. Having started at Oracle recently, it was great to hear from different groups of employees who have been at Oracle for 20+ years.
