So happy to finally bake golden brioche - just another amazing recipe from #tartineno3 book. This babe is made with 50% of whole grain kamut and durum wheat, both of which I milled just before making this dough. There is a lot of cultured butter inside too. Next step - bostok, of course ✌??. #ilovekamut
