When life imitates art (or maybe it's the other way around?) ?. We've been snapping away at our #GoingViral course, part of our new American Dreams menu at U.P. (our after-hours all-dessert tasting table hidden upstairs at #DominiqueAnselKitchen). It's our take on a wine and cheese course, complete with a little Instagram action of flipping through different wine "filters," and a Manchego semifreddo sheep with a Marcona almond sable and quince jam at the center.
