Trekking around the city, the #PassportToAsia crew works up an appetite. Multiple times, we've stopped to eat dim sum, a traditional #HongKong family-style meal, an emblem of Hong Kong community. We were invited behind the scenes at the @interconhk to learn how dim sum dishes are made, from some of the most distinguished dim sum chefs in the world. Following our lesson we once again sat down to enjoy this classic meal, properly engaging in the ‘yum cha’ tradition that is so quintessentially Hong Kong.
