Spent literally the entire day focusing on recovery. Massage work this morning with the the amazing @collette_23 ? to get my quads loose and ready to go heavy on clean & jerk again tomorrow. Then @lapolivka11 did all the things to my achey shoulder- scraping, cupping & dry needling- SO. MUCH. NEW. BLOODFLOW! All the colors. My shoulder is sitting in the right place again and the tension and ache is all relieved whoohoo! My team rocks! Followed it all up with a nice cardio session flush on the stationary bike.
