La stessa cura che dedichiamo a noi stessi durante un massaggio o un trattamento SPA dovrebbe essere applicata a tutte quelle situazioni che ci vedono a contatto con il mondo circostante. Ogni individuo ha il potere di fare del mondo un posto migliore. Un compito che vogliamo e dobbiamo darci per garantirci un futuro di “Ampio respiro”… Ad esempio, dovremmo imparare che la raccolta dei rifiuti è uno strumento per salvare il pianeta, quindi per differenziare, ma soprattutto per differenziarci da tutti quelli che credono che il mondo in cui viviamo meriti solo di essere sfruttato e che non sia degno di avere un futuro. Non bisogna dare nulla per scontato, soprattutto il luogo in cui viviamo noi e vivranno i nostri figli.
