Hong Kong goes art mad in March. The city has turned from a creative backwater to powerhouse since Art Basel first came to town in 2013. It’s not the only show in town, either: Art Central takes over the Harbourfront at the end on the month. And we don’t just get to look at art – we get to eat it too.
